The Simply Served Wedding is a casual alternative to the pomp and circumstances of our other classic wedding packages. This three hour event is a seated served meal in a classic presentation but well suited for informal gatherings and accommodates guests of differing tastes. This special three hour package includes all china, glass, linen and flatware necessary for your menu and includes the single entrée, Chef’s choice of one vegetable and starch, iced tea, and serving of your wedding cake. As with our other packages the site fee is included in the package price.
The single menu choice for the Simply Served Wedding can be selected from the following:
- Baked Chicken Breast with Dijon Tarragon Cream Sauce or
- Baked Tilapia with a Mustard-Cream Fraîche “Crust” or
- Herb Crusted Slow-Roasted Eye-of-Round Medallions with Port Wine Reduction or
- Maple Brined Pork Loin Medallions with Apple-Onion Agrodolce
Other menu options can be explored if the above selections are too restrictive and other menu items of comparable price can be replaced for the choices above. If finer menu items are desired, we can work with you on the cost increment to substitute these items for the menu selections above.
Since our objective is to work with you to make your special day unique we can help you customize your event by adding specifically selected items available for the other wedding packages .
